Facilities Director, Francisca Ancheyta

Francisca has worked for Fellowship Square since January 2009.  She started out as a Housekeeper, then worked her way up to Facilities Manager Assistant. When the opportunity arose, Francisca became Housekeeping Supervisor.  In 2020, Francisca was promoted to Human Resources Director because of her drive and deep commitment to the staff and residents at Fellowship Square Historic Mesa. In 2023, Francisa was promoted once again to her current role as Facilities Director.  Francisca loves all the teams that she works with as well as the gratitude of our residents.  Francisca says they are so appreciative of even a simple smile or hello.  Knowing that she is able to help and make someone happy motivates her every day.
