Independent or Assisted Living, Memory Care

Independent Living

Your choices. Your style. Find everything you need at our independent living facilities to retire on your terms. Explore our full range of activities, wellness programs, restaurant-style dining, housekeeping services, and so much more. While your choices are many, the cost of independent living at Fellowship Square is always affordable.

Assisted Living

We all could use a helping hand now and then. Assisted Living services are perfect for those who need a little extra help in their day-to-day lives, but do not require
24-hour skilled nursing care. The Oasis at Fellowship Square provides a higher level of senior care than what’s available to our senior Independent Living residents, including three meals a day, certified caregivers on staff 24/7, and help with activities of daily living. 

Memory Care

Our Memory Care program is called Reflections. Residents living with dementia receive Level 3 Direct Care services from our caring, certified staff to ensure safety, support and security. Residents enjoy the same amenities as those living in The Oasis Assisted Living area, but with the enhanced services and activities of Direct Care.

Healthcare Services

Short-Term Rehab

Our short-term rehab facility for seniors is designed to meet your needs during the recovery process. Whether recovering from a medical illness, healing from an injury, or needing additional care after leaving the hospital, our dedicated team is here to support you every step of the way.

Healthcare Services for Seniors

Christian Care & Fellowship Square communities partner with Covenant Home Health to provide Medicare-certified outpatient therapy, physical therapy, and skilled home health services. We work with you and your doctor to provide supportive and/or skilled home health services. From ostomy and catheter care to pain and disease management, we can help – right at home.

Subsidized Senior Living

Subsidized Senior Living

We provide affordable senior housing under the HUD Section 202 program. Equal housing opportunity is afforded to all persons who are at least 62 years old and who qualify under federal income standards.

Subsidized Assisted Living for Seniors​

We provide a higher level of care than what’s available to our Subsidized Independent Living residents, including three meals a day, certified caregivers on staff 24/7, and help with activities of daily living. Prospective residents must be 65 years of age or older and meet some requirements to qualify for financial benefits. ​
