Pet Friendly Community

Fellowship Square Historic Mesa is a pet-friendly community because we know that your pets are like FAMILY. We even have four dog parks in our community!

We also know how much our four-legged friends can enrich the lives of our senior residents.  Check out our February newsletter which includes an article on this very subject!

Prospective residents should be aware that dogs or cats must be 30 lbs or less and must be spayed, neutered or housebroken.  They must also be vaccinated and licensed according to City of Mesa requirements. Birds are also allowed but must be caged or wings clipped.  Reptiles and rodents are not permitted.   One pet per apartment.  A second may be permitted with our Director's approval. A non-refundable deposit of $350 is required for each pet. Exceptions may be made for service animals.
