Keri McCormick
Director, Facility Operations
Keri McCormick joined the Christian Care Fellowship Square family in spring 2024.
As the Director of Facility Operations, Keri oversees Housekeeping, Maintenance, Safety & Security, and our internal IT Department.
Born and raised in Massachusetts, Keri pursued a nursing degree after high school. She has over 17 years of experience in senior living and vast experience in memory care, hospice, senior living marketing, and outpatient services in continuum of care settings.
Keri transitioned into Facilities Management and is a Certified Project Manager. As a facility management leader, she gained experience in construction. She led many large projects and renovations within a Lifecare Senior Community before partnering with Banner Health, where she led construction teams in building ground-up surgery centers nationwide.
Keri once opened a fortune cookie that said, "If you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life.” This philosophy has guided her throughout her career.
