Management Team and Board of Directors
A core virtue of Christian Care's organizational culture is based on Servant Leadership. Author Robert K. Greenleaf first coined the phrase Servant Leadership in 1970, stating, “The servant-leader is servant first… It begins with the natural feeling that one wants to serve, to serve first”.
Guided by Christian principles and their wide breadth of knowledge, backgrounds and education - our Management Team and Board of Directors oversee the organization’s operations today while also planning for its future.

Christian Care Board of Directors
Officers of the Board of Directors are elected annually, and Directors can serve 2 consecutive terms. The length of a term is 4 years.
