Ways to Support
As a non-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization, donations to Christian Care Fellowship Square are always tax deductible. These funds directly support our senior living programs, projects, and services. There are many ways to give!
Donations to the Office of Advancement
Benevolent Care:
Financial gifts go towards a fund specifically dedicated to our seniors living in our communities. This fund provides financial support so Fellowship Square seniors don’t have to worry about how they will afford housing, meals, support, and healthcare.
Innovation and Technology Initiatives:
This fund provides for bringing our seniors the most innovative and newest technologies to better their care with enhancements to our therapy programs and other related areas of need.
Employee Excellence and Educational Advancement Programs:
Supporting our seniors is our top priority, which also means reinvesting in our staff. These programs enable us to secure talented individuals and help them grow by affording higher education and training to further their careers in senior living.
Campus Designated Donations
Each campus within the Christian Care family offers a wide range of programs, services and amenities. Many times, capital projects such as a new gazebo, a covered patio or even a therapy room, would not be possible without our donors' support.
Whether you or your family have a specific project in mind, or you would like the funds to go towards the greatest area of need, your dollars will certainly enhance our residents' lives.
Arizona Tax Credits
The individual income tax credit is available for contributions to Qualifying Charitable Organizations (QCOs) that meet specific requirements, such as providing immediate basic needs to low-income seniors in Arizona. Three Christian Care and Fellowship Square communities have been designated as Qualifying Charitable Organizations (QCOs).
While you can provide donations online, we also have the 321 form for Arizona Tax Credit.

Financial Gifts
Every donation, regardless of size, is truly appreciated. Financial donations can be made online, over the phone, or by mailing a check directly to our office.
Mailing donations by check
Please make checks payable to: Christian Care.
If you would like to designate your donation to a specific campus or project, please write that information in the memo field of your check. Or, if you prefer to have your donation go towards our most significant area of need, please write ‘undesignated’ in the memo line.

Planned Giving
By including a Christian Care/Fellowship Square community in your estate planning, your legacy of support will make a difference in the lives of seniors for generations to come. Whether you are making a gift through your will, trust, life insurance policy, or IRA beneficiary designation, your contribution will support those living and working in our communities.

Vehicle Donation
Christian Care partners with CARS to make donating your vehicle fast and easy at no cost. It’s as easy as 1-2-3:
- Call the Office of Advancement at (480) 822-7373 or email us, and we will coordinate the donation of your vehicle with CARS.
- Arrange a time for CARS to pick up your vehicle.
- The CARS team picks up your vehicle, and they will handle the rest!
Give to Seniors While You Shop
Christian Care has partnered with Fry’s Foods, making it easy for you to support Christian Care and Fellowship Square while you shop.
Fry’s Community Rewards
Register your Fry’s V.I.P. card and select Christian Care as your Community Rewards Program organization to start earning rewards for us whenever you shop with your V.I.P. card.
