Support Seniors in Need — And Receive a Dollar-for-Dollar Arizona Tax Credit
Your gift to Christian Care Mesa’s ALTCS Manor IV Assisted Living Program qualifies for the Arizona Charitable Tax Credit (QCO Code: 20819).
For over 26 years, Christian Care Mesa – Manor IV has provided safe, secure housing and compassionate care for some of the most financially vulnerable seniors in the East Valley. These residents rely on us not only for housing but also for the essentials that support dignity, health, and independence.
Who We Serve
Residents in the ALTCS Manor IV Assisted Living Program are truly in need. To qualify, individuals must:
- Have less than $2,000 in assets
- Earn under $2,161 per month
Your tax credit donation helps provide:
- Transportation to appointments
- Eyeglasses and hearing aids
- Dental care and hygiene products
- Personal care items and other daily necessities
Arizona Charitable Tax Credit Benefits
If you owe Arizona state income taxes, you can donate to our program and receive a dollar-for-dollar credit, up to the limits below:
