Fotine joined the Christian Care/Fellowship Square team in 2025, bringing over a decade of experience in Human Resources across various healthcare settings, including both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Human Resources is more than just a career—it’s a true passion for her. Fotine's expertise lies in employee relations and labor and employment law, where she focuses on supporting staff, fostering their growth, and ensuring a positive work environment, all while upholding and protecting the organization’s values and interests.

Fotine takes pride in being part of a team that contributes to patients’ recovery and health. She holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources and a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Management with a specialization in Organizational Leadership.

Fluent in Greek, with beginner proficiency in Spanish and Egyptian Arabic, Fotine is a proud mother of three—two biological and one gained through marriage—and a joyful grandmother to one granddaughter. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality moments with her family and has a passion for ballroom and country dancing.
