Jason joined Fellowship Square Phoenix in February 2025, bringing with him a wealth of culinary expertise and a deep-rooted passion for food. An Arizona native, Jason lived in Utah and New Mexico before returning to his home state in 2014.

His journey in the culinary world began at a young age in his grandfather Sal's Italian restaurant. Watching his grandfather's dedication and passion during busy Friday nights ignited Jason's love for cooking. At 15, he began working in his grandfather’s restaurant, absorbing all the knowledge he could.

As the Dining Service Director and Executive Chef at Fellowship Square Phoenix, Jason oversees dining operations, ensuring residents receive high-quality meals and exceptional service. His culinary repertoire includes seafood, Italian, Spanish, and American BBQ, allowing him to create diverse and delicious menus that cater to various palates.

Outside the kitchen, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife of nearly 20 years, Heather, and their two boys, Ethan and Andrew. He enjoys woodworking and has a passion for racing and building remote-control cars, as often seen zipping around the neighborhood.

One of his favorite passages is Philippians 4:13, which says, “I can do all this through him who gives me strength.
