Lori Martin, MBA, RN

Director of Home Health

Lori joined the Christian Care family in March 2024 as the Director of Home Health.

Lori is native to Indiana earning her degree in Nursing from Purdue University and her Master’s degree in Business Administration with emphasis on Healthcare Administration from Western Governor’s University. She moved to Arizona in 2017.

Lori has been a nurse for 35 years, starting her career in Critical Care. She then found her passion for Home Health and subsequently worked in the Home Health sector for 30 years. She has served in various Home Health leadership roles for 22 years, including acquisition management and as Executive Director for non-profit and for-profit, hospital-based, and stand-alone Home Health Agencies.

Lori believes in continual learning and growing. She has learned so much from the senior population she has cared for over the years. She is committed to always giving back to seniors and mentoring our youth so that they may, too, care for our aging population.
