Throughout its 44-year history, Christian Care has experienced significant growth and numerous transformations.

As the healthcare industry evolves, the Board of Directors and Organizational Leadership have shifted Christian Care Health Center's focus from long-term care to short-term rehab. With this change in focus and services offered, we have also changed our business name to Christian Care Rehabilitation Center.

As part of this transition, the entire facility has undergone a comprehensive renovation to create a warm, inviting environment that fosters a strong sense of community.

The south wing of the building will offer 9 short-term rehab rooms and 1 long-term care transition room. The north wing will transition into a secure, dedicated Memory Care unit. Our memory care neighborhood, Reflections at The Oasis, currently occupies the third floor of The Oasis Assisted Living building. These residents will be the first to move into the new setting, where we will offer private and semi-private rooms.

Our dedication to providing the best care for our residents, staff, and families remains as strong as ever, and the legacy of care and faith, which is its cornerstone, will always remain.
