Our senior living community is conveniently located east of Loop 303, on the south side of Bell Road, in Surprise, Arizona. The Oasis Assisted Living and Memory Care are located on the southeast side of campus, with an entrance just off Sarival Avenue.

A wide range of shopping centers, entertainment venues, restaurants, and medical centers are located within five miles of campus. Luke Air Force Base is located just seven miles away, a popular spot for our retired military residents!

Our transportation department covers a 10-mile radius for medical and dental appointments, scheduled outings, shopping, and other group errands.
