Carrie Brindley

Director of Resident Experience

Carrie joined the Christian Care/Fellowship Square family in 2020 and has been instrumental in shaping the organization’s success and fostering a positive, service-driven culture. Known for her exceptional sense of hospitality and service, Carrie excels in creating programs that uphold and reinforce these values.

Before transitioning to the senior living industry, Carrie honed her skills as a Wedding and Event Coordinator for high-end venues, overseeing sales and event coordination. She later embarked on a career in leasing and marketing within the multi-housing sector. For the past 14 years, Carrie has dedicated herself to the senior living field, gaining extensive experience in sales, marketing, leasing, and programming/activities.

As a Certified Dementia Practitioner, Carrie has played a key role in developing Memory Care training and programming, which have been successfully implemented in multiple Memory Care communities across the Valley. Her expertise and dedication continue to enhance the lives of residents and their families.

A proud third-generation Arizona native, Carrie cherishes her roots and her family. She is incredibly proud of her son, who serves as a United States Air Force pilot.

Carrie’s favorite quote from the movie ‘The Blind Side’ reflects her philosophy on life and service: “I’m not changing that boy’s (person’s) life; he’s (they are) changing mine.”
