Director of Sales

Jennifer Tyler proudly serves as the Sales Director at Fellowship Square Surprise, bringing over 15 years of dedicated experience in the senior living industry. Her journey began in 2010 at Christian Care, where she quickly discovered her passion for working with older adults. After gaining additional experience in the field, she returned to Christian Care because, as she says, there truly is no place like it. Now that she is back where her heart is, Jennifer feels honored to support residents and families during such an important chapter of her life.

An Arizona native, Jennifer has deep roots in the local community and a strong commitment to helping older adults thrive. She has worked across various senior living settings, from life plan communities to active adult neighborhoods. Her approach is always relationship-focused, grounded in trust, transparency, and genuine care. Her goal is to make every prospective resident feel welcomed, heard, and confident in their decision to call Fellowship Square home.

Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She blends her academic knowledge with hands-on leadership experience to guide her team and support Christian Care's overall mission with compassion and purpose.
Outside of work, Jennifer is a devoted wife and proud mom to three amazing children. Family is the heart of her world, and she treasures spending quality time with her husband and kids. She also enjoys working out and cooking, often using the kitchen as a place to bring everyone together.

One of Jennifer’s favorite quotes is by Maya Angelou: "People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." She carries this sentiment with her daily in her leadership, relationships, and unwavering dedication to the people she serves.
