Primary Care Located on Campus

Expert Healthcare Through Our Partnership with Curana Health

There's no need to worry about finding a doctor again—our partnership with Curana Health delivers convenient, top-notch medical care right on campus. Their physician-led team is fully integrated into our community, building strong connections with our residents and understanding their health needs as well as we do.

The Curana Health Clinic offers everything from physician house calls and sick visits to routine primary care, diagnostics, and appointment scheduling. Physicians and healthcare providers work one-on-one with residents to create personalized health plans and share notes with specialists or primary care physicians (if different from Curana's) to ensure seamless care coordination.

They accept all major medical insurance carriers.

In addition to providing healthcare on-site, Curana Health organizes educational events and wellness activities to keep residents engaged in their health journey. It’s all about offering compassionate, high-quality care and empowering you to live your best life here at Fellowship Square Tucson.

Walk-ins accepted on Wednesdays from 9:30 am - 12:00 pm

Outpatient Physical Therapy for Seniors

Our residents don't have to travel far for recovery! Our highly trained therapy team is dedicated to providing compassionate care and helping residents recover from injury, surgery, or dysfunction caused by a health condition.

Our outpatient physical therapy program for seniors offers treatments such as electrical stimulation and ultrasound, manual therapy, and muscle-strengthening techniques.

Clinicians can assess your body’s biomechanics, create an individualized physical therapy program, and establish a continuity of care throughout the rehabilitation process to ensure a successful recovery.
