On-Site Primary Care - A Trusted Partnership with Curana Health.
Curana Health’s full-service primary care clinic brings quality, compassionate care right to you! On-site providers work directly with you, the resident, on your specific health goals and will share notes with your specialist or primary care physician (if different from Curana Health providers).
There is no need to change insurance—they accept all major medical insurance carriers.

Home Health Care & Physical Therapy Right Outside Your Door
We partner with Covenant Home Health to provide our residents with Medicare-certified outpatient rehabilitation, physical therapy, skilled home health, and supportive services. With an office located on-site and a team of staff dedicated to our senior living community, residents have a wide range of healthcare services right outside their door.
In-Home Health Care
If you have been newly discharged from the hospital or are experiencing changes in your medical condition, they can provide skilled home health services in the comfort of your home. If you don't have doctor's orders, they will coordinate with your doctor to obtain them and verify your insurance benefits. After all, your job is to focus on improving your strength and well-being!
Outpatient Rehab & Physical Therapy
With an office on campus, residents can access therapy without leaving campus. We are pleased to provide door-to-door transportation via golf cart at no extra charge. Services include physical, occupational, and speech therapies.
