Jermaine joined the Christian Care Fellowship Square family in April 2025. He brings both heart and experience to his role as Administrator, where he oversees the daily operations of the Christian Care Rehabilitation Center. With a strong focus on service, leadership, and long-term impact, Jermaine is committed to advancing Christian Care’s mission while supporting both staff and residents.

A United States Air Force veteran, Jermaine proudly follows in the footsteps of his grandfather, father, brother, and cousins. After his honorable discharge, he continued his path of service, working with nonprofits across the country, serving in law enforcement, educating future leaders, and growing his career in healthcare.

He holds a Bachelor’s in Health Sciences and a Master's in Healthcare Administration with a specialization in Healthcare Leadership. With nearly a decade in healthcare, Jermaine thrives in high-stakes environments and believes deeply in leading with a servant’s heart. His focus is twofold: ensuring patients have what they need to truly thrive and empowering staff to grow into leaders themselves.
