Kerri has been part of the Fellowship Square/Christian Care family since January 2025. With over 15 years of experience in senior living, Kerri is a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), a licensed Assisted Living Manager, and a Culture Architect, bringing a wealth of knowledge and heart to our community.

Kerri's passion for serving seniors runs deep. She has dedicated her career to enhancing operations, elevating resident experiences, and fostering a culture of excellence and compassion. Her leadership is rooted in a hands-on approach, ensuring every resident and team member feels valued, heard, and supported. She states, “Great leaders don’t just build teams; they architect cultures where intentional effort turns vision into reality.”

Kerri grew up in Page, Arizona, where the breathtaking landscapes and tight-knit community shaped her work ethic, leadership style, and deep appreciation for connection and service. She carries those small-town values into her work each day, significantly impacting everything she does.

Fun Fact About Kerri: She is an identical twin! In fact, her twin sister, Sherri, is also part of the Fellowship Square family - she serves as a Senior Sales Director! That’s right - double the passion and dedication to serving seniors.

When Kerri isn’t leading with heart and expertise, she can be found hiking Arizona’s scenic trails, exploring local culture, and making every moment count with family and friends.

When asked about her favorite scripture, she states it is Joshua 1:9, “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid. Do not be discouraged for the LORD, our God will be with you wherever you go.”
