Miguel Valdez

Miguel Valdez joined the Christian Care / Fellowship Square family on January 19th, 2024. Originally from Los Angeles, California, he has lived In Arizona since 2007.

Miguel began his career in senior living as a Certified Nursing Assistant but discovered his interest lay elsewhere. He shifted to Culinary Services, where he found his true calling and has thrived in the kitchen ever since!

He graduated from the Arizona Culinary Institute with a degree in Culinary Arts, Baking, and Restaurant Management. He also holds a Certified Food and Beverage Management Certification (CFM).

One of Miguel's guiding principles is best summarized in the words of John Maxwell: "Tend to the people, and they will tend to the business".
